Young Learner’s Tutoring – Refund Policy

At Young Learner’s Tutoring, I strive to provide high-quality, personalized tutoring services. To ensure fairness and respect for both my time and my students’ time, the following refund policy applies:

1. Cancellations

   • Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full credit or reschedule at no cost.

   • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

2. Missed Sessions

   • If a student does not attend a scheduled session without notice, the session is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

3. Lateness

   • Sessions will end at the scheduled time, even if the student arrives late. Time lost due to tardiness will not be refunded or credited unless discussed in advance and I am able to extend the session.

4. Refunds

   • Refunds are only issued if Young Learner’s Tutoring cancels a session and an alternative time cannot be arranged.
